Angela Ertl.

Angela joined Christian Family Solutions in 2016. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and obtained her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in North Dakota.

Prior to joining Christian Family Solutions, Angela worked in intensive outpatient mental health settings. In these settings she worked with children and adolescents and their families, adults struggling with mental health difficulties, as well as adults struggling with both mental health and addictions. She also worked in the human service setting, providing outpatient therapy services to individuals across the entire lifespan. She has specialized training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and finds joy in working with individuals with a trauma history, helping them move beyond their traumatic experience. She is thrilled to now be in a Christian counseling setting and have the privilege of utilizing evidence-based treatments in conjunction with true biblical principles and the promises of our Savior.

She strives to help her clients see that “in all things, God works for the good of those who love him” (Romans 8:28).
