Dr. Tonnacliff began his doctoral work at the University of Florida in Gainesville and continued at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, where he was awarded a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.
Dr. Tonnacliff has worked with WLCFS, was the Chief Psychologist for the Sheboygan County Outpatient Program, and is a member of the American Psychological Association and American Association of Christian Counselors.
Dr. Tonnacliff and his wife are the proud parents of three children and are members of Calvary, Thiensville, WI.
