As a Marriage and Family Therapist, whether I work with couples or individuals, I look through a systems lens. There may be
anxiety/depression stemming from external factors within the immediate family, extended family, work, school, etc. A Narrative/Collaborative/strength-based approach is used to understand your unique story, needs, and goals, and to identify individual strengths and resources.
I am a Christian who feels a deep calling to help others from a Christian lens, recognizing the importance of faith/God’s word to address both emotional and spiritual needs knowing that God’s word is the source of truth, wisdom, hope, and healing.
